 Dayra “Dee” Dominguez, known as “The IV Queen,” is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Her diverse clinical background includes postpartum and newborn care, geriatrics, wound care, home health, case management, and clinical leadership.

After earning her Associate of Science in Professional Nursing from Rasmussen College, Dee built a reputation for combining clinical expertise with a personalized approach that empowers patients to take charge of their health and wellness.

As the founder and CEO of Royal Hydration & Nursing by Dee, she specializes in concierge IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, wellness injections, peptides, and preventative health services. Dee is dedicated to helping clients optimize their health, recover faster, boost energy, and feel their best through customized wellness solutions delivered in the comfort of their homes, hotels, or workplaces.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dee is passionate about making quality healthcare accessible to diverse communities. Her mission is to provide luxury-level care with a personal touch, ensuring every client receives safe, evidence-based treatments tailored to their individual needs.
